4shareCasino is published for information purposes only. It is not a casino, it takes no bets, and each operator's own terms decide what you receive. The About page explains who runs 4shareCasino and how to write in.

Five Things to Know First

  • Each casino gets the same four checks: the licence it claims, its welcome bonus rules, how ringgit goes in and out, and its support desk. Each result carries its read date, and the full list of pages read is public.
  • All three accept real money deposits from RM30, but each needs RM50 before its welcome offer applies.
  • None of the three licence claims leads to a regulator's own website: EU9 and Hfive5 link to third-party pages showing applications "In Progress", and TAB66 shows a badge with no number.
  • EU9's 299% offer carries x50 turnover on deposit plus bonus. Hfive5's 155% offer carries x20 and caps what you can withdraw from it at MYR 3,000. TAB66's 150% offer asks for only x5 on deposit plus bonus, with a RM1,000 withdrawal cap.
  • Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, FPX, bank transfer, cards and USDT work at all three. TAB66 and Hfive5 also take Bitcoin and Ethereum.

The Four Checks, Casino by Casino

The four checks put the same questions to each casino. Who runs it, and which licence does it claim? What does the welcome bonus ask of you? How does ringgit go in and come back out? Who picks up when you need help? Each answer below shows the date it was read and the source it came from. The method page sets out what each check looks at.

The small tag under each finding shows its source. "Casino site" is the casino's own public pages, "Linked licence page" is the page its footer badge opens, and "Publisher data" is the publisher's own casino data file, compiled in September 2026 from casino reviews already published online. The publisher added the TAB66 welcome terms to that file on 1 October 2026.

Check 1 of 4: Who Runs It and the Licence It Claims

Scroll to the bottom of the casino's homepage, tap the licence badge, then read the address bar. A Curacao licence would be listed on the licence register of the Curacao Gaming Authority, and a Philippine one on PAGCOR's regulatory site. EU9's badges open pages on other domains, and the Curacao page they lead to marks the application "In Progress", which means the licence has not been granted yet. The same page lists a Certificate of Operation, which is a transitional permit. Hfive5's footer, lab seals and licence pages follow the same layout as EU9's. TAB66's badge is a picture only, so there is nothing to follow.

Check 2 of 4: The Welcome Bonus Rules

Before you opt in, find these fields in the offer's own terms, not on the banner. If one is missing, ask live chat and keep a screenshot of the reply.

  • Percent and maximum bonus
  • Minimum deposit to qualify
  • Turnover, and whether it counts the deposit, the bonus or both
  • Games that count towards the turnover
  • Days allowed to finish it
  • Maximum withdrawal from the offer

The bonus section further down shows the turnover on a RM50 deposit at EU9 and Hfive5.

Check 3 of 4: Ringgit In, Ringgit Out

The cashier minimum and the bonus minimum are often different numbers, as the grid shows: RM30 gets you in at all three, but each welcome offer needs RM50. Check that your own bank or e-wallet is on the casino's list before you sign up. Pay from an account in your own name, and expect an identity check before your first withdrawal.

Check 4 of 4: The Support Desk

Note the hours, channels and languages, then send the desk a question before you deposit. These three are worth asking:

  1. What turnover applies to the offer I want, and does it count my deposit?
  2. Which documents will you need before my first withdrawal?
  3. Is there a daily or per-request withdrawal limit?

Every page behind this grid is listed, with the date it was read, on the sources page.

How the Order and Star Ratings Are Set

The star ratings (TAB66 4.9, EU9 4.9, Hfive5 4.8, all labelled "Excellent") are the publisher's editorial scores, and the publisher also sets the order. They are not worked out from the four checks, and the checks carry no points or weights; the method page explains how each check is read and what has not been confirmed.

The checks do not always agree with that order. TAB66 sits first yet shows the least licence paperwork of the three: its licence badge is a picture with no number behind it. EU9 publishes the fullest bonus terms, yet the licence application on the page its footer links to still reads "In Progress". Hfive5 lists the widest choice of support channels and sits third.

TAB66 and EU9 share the same score, and the publisher's order between them is kept as set. Nothing in the grid was adjusted to fit the order. Weigh the findings against what matters most to you: if paperwork comes first, start with Check 1, and if you mainly play slots with a bonus, start with Check 2.

TAB66 names nine ways to pay, more than the other two, including Touch 'n Go and DuitNow, and its minimum deposit is RM30. Live chat runs 24/7 in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English.

Live tables come from six studios: Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, Dream Gaming, Sexy Gaming, Big Gaming and eBET. Sportsbook, fishing and 4D share one wallet with the slots.

Licence paperwork is where TAB66 shows least: its footer carries a Gaming Curacao badge image with no licence number and no link behind it. Its 150% Welcome Bonus has the lowest turnover of the three. Pay in at least RM50, and the bonus, capped at RM300, comes with x5 turnover on deposit plus bonus and 30 days to finish it. Withdrawals from the offer stop at RM1,000. Its tagline, "Spin, Win & Withdraw Fast", is the casino's own line, not a measured speed.

Pros

  • Names nine payment methods, including Touch 'n Go, DuitNow and FPX
  • 24/7 live chat in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English
  • Live tables from six named studios, plus sportsbook, fishing and 4D in one wallet
  • RM30 minimum deposit

Cons

  • The Curacao badge is only a picture, with no licence number or link
  • Withdrawals from the welcome bonus are capped at RM1,000

Verdict The longest list of named local payment methods of the three, with the thinnest licence paperwork on show.

EU9 prints more of its welcome terms than the other two. The 299% Welcome Bonus is a slots offer: put at least MYR 50 into the slot wallet and the bonus is capped at MYR 2,990, although the promotion's title says RM2,999. Turnover is x50 on deposit plus bonus, only Pragmatic Play, NextSpin, Fa Chai and Marbula slots count, and you get 30 days. It applies to a first deposit only, needs phone and email verification and runs to 31 December 2026.

On licensing, EU9 claims PAGCOR and Gaming Curacao. The licence page its footer links to names EU9 International Limited (no. 167652), but it sits on a third-party domain and shows application OGL/2024/137/1124 as "In Progress" under a Certificate of Operation. BMM Testlabs and iTech Labs seals appear in the footer as claims.

The sportsbook leans on football and esports, and EU9 describes itself as "Asia's first Telegram casino". It lists bank transfer, e-wallet and crypto, and says it serves Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam and Cambodia. It promises "Fast Cash In & Out in 1min", which is its own advertising line.

Pros

  • Its footer leads to a licence page naming the company and the application number
  • Publishes the most welcome terms of the three, end date included
  • Sportsbook covering football and esports, plus a Telegram casino
  • Crypto listed among its payment methods

Cons

  • Licence application shown as "In Progress", on third-party domains
  • x50 turnover on deposit plus bonus, slots only
  • Welcome needs MYR 50, not the RM30 minimum

Verdict The fullest bonus terms on show, with a steep x50 rollover and a licence file still marked In Progress.

Hfive5 gives you four ways to reach a person, around the clock: live chat, WhatsApp, Telegram and email. Its site comes in English and Chinese versions.

The 155% Slot Welcome Bonus up to MYR 555 is smaller than EU9's and comes with a hard ceiling. You need MYR 50, only Pragmatic Play, PGS and Marbula slots count, the x20 turnover has to be met within 7 days, and winnings from the offer stop at MYR 3,000.

Slots come from Playtech, Microgaming, Spadegaming and JILI, alongside live casino, sportsbook, esports, fishing, 4D-style lottery and P2P games, and its payment list names bank transfer, e-wallets and USDT. The company named on its linked licence page is HFIVE5 Enterprises Limited (no. 190765). It claims PAGCOR and Gaming Curacao with the same footer pattern as EU9, and its application OGL/2024/122/1103 reads "In Progress". It serves Malaysia and Singapore, and "zero wait time" is its own marketing.

Pros

  • Four support channels (live chat, WhatsApp, Telegram and email), open 24/7
  • USDT listed alongside bank transfer and e-wallets
  • Wide lobby: slots, live casino, sportsbook, esports, fishing, 4D-style lottery and P2P

Cons

  • Licence application shown as "In Progress", same pattern as EU9
  • Slot welcome winnings capped at MYR 3,000, with 7 days to meet x20

Verdict The most ways to reach support, with a smaller slot welcome that caps what you can withdraw.

What Malaysian Law Says About Online Casino Sites

Two Laws From 1953

Malaysia's main gambling laws are the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953 (Act 289) and the Betting Act 1953 (Act 495). Both were written for gaming houses, betting shops and bookmakers, decades before casino websites existed. Malaysia issues no licences for online casinos, so no casino website, including the three on this page, is licensed in Malaysia.

An Offshore Licence Is a Foreign Licence

Curacao and PAGCOR licences are issued by authorities abroad. Even a granted one would not make a site licensed in Malaysia, and the claims on these three sites are themselves unconfirmed, as Check 1 shows. A foreign licence can still tell you something useful: which company answers to a regulator somewhere, and where a complaint could go.

Blocked Sites and Mirror Links

MCMC, Malaysia's communications and multimedia regulator, blocks gambling websites. Casinos then pass new addresses around in chat groups and messages, and look-alike scam sites spread the same way. 4shareCasino does not give advice on getting around blocks, and it does not list mirror addresses.

A Note for Muslim Readers

For Muslims, gambling is also an offence under state Syariah laws. Those laws apply on top of the two federal acts described above.

All of this is general information, not legal advice, and the site terms explain what 4shareCasino can and cannot offer you. If you need advice on your own position, speak to a lawyer in Malaysia.

Warning Signs Before Your First Deposit

These signs apply to any Malaysia online casino site, including one a friend recommends. Stop and ask questions, or walk away, if you see any of them before your first deposit:

  • A licence badge that links nowhere, or to a look-alike domain instead of the regulator's own site
  • A bonus with no written turnover, or terms that exist only in a chat message
  • An agent on WhatsApp or Telegram asking you to transfer to a personal bank account
  • A "fee" or "tax" you must pay before winnings are released
  • Documents requested again and again at withdrawal time, each time for something new
  • Mirror links passed around in chat groups, each spelt slightly differently
  • Withdrawal limits that are not written anywhere on the site

The first sign applies in part to all three casinos on this page, as Check 1 shows. That does not mean they will not pay, only that the badge alone cannot confirm the licence.

Checking a Bank Account Before You Transfer

If anyone asks you to pay into a personal account, look the number up first. The Royal Malaysia Police run Semak Mule, which checks bank account and phone numbers reported in scams, and Bank Negara Malaysia keeps a Financial Consumer Alert List of companies and websites it has not authorised. Both are linked from our sources page.

Welcome Bonus Rules, With a Turnover Example in Ringgit

How Turnover Is Counted

Turnover, also called rollover or wagering, is the total you must bet before bonus money, and usually anything won with it, can be withdrawn. It is written as a multiple, such as x20 or x50. What the multiple counts matters as much as the number: "on deposit plus bonus" multiplies your whole starting balance, while "on bonus only" multiplies the bonus alone. Only bets on eligible games count towards the total.

The Three Welcome Offers in One Table

Read across each row before you opt in: the turnover and the days allowed decide how hard a bonus is to clear, and the maximum withdrawal decides how much of it you can take out. RM and MYR are the same currency, the Malaysian ringgit; each figure is written the way the casino writes it.

Welcome offer terms, as read on 29 September and 1 October 2026
Casino Offer Minimum deposit Maximum bonus Turnover Days Maximum withdrawal
TAB66 150% Welcome Bonus RM50 RM300 x5 on deposit plus bonus Valid 30 days RM1,000
EU9 299% Welcome Bonus MYR 50 MYR 2,990 x50 on deposit plus bonus Valid 30 days 50x your deposit
Hfive5 155% Slot Welcome Bonus up to MYR 555 MYR 50 MYR 555 x20 Valid 7 days MYR 3,000

At EU9, only Pragmatic Play, NextSpin, Fa Chai and Marbula slots count towards the turnover. At Hfive5, only Pragmatic Play, PGS and Marbula slots count.

The Turnover on RM50 at EU9 and Hfive5

The box below runs the same RM50 first deposit through the EU9 and Hfive5 offers, using only each casino's stated percent and turnover. It is an illustration, not a promise of any result. TAB66 has the lowest turnover of the three, x5 on deposit plus bonus, with 30 days to finish it.

Worked example

EU9, 299% with x50 on deposit plus bonus

  • DepositRM50
  • Bonus at 299%RM149.50
  • Money in playRM199.50
  • Bets needed before a withdrawal (x50)RM9,975

Inside 30 days, that is about RM332.50 of bets a day.

Hfive5, 155% with x20

  • DepositRM50
  • Bonus at 155%RM77.50
  • Money in playRM127.50
  • Bets needed before a withdrawal (x20)Up to RM2,550

Inside 7 days, that is up to about RM364 of bets a day, and winnings from the offer stop at MYR 3,000.

Taking no bonus is always an option, and it keeps a first withdrawal simple because there is no turnover to finish. If you do take one, set a spending limit before any bonus stretches a session.

Other Promotions on the Casinos' Pages

Each casino runs more offers than its welcome. A few from each, as listed on its own promotions page on 29 September 2026:

  • TAB66: 10% Unlimited Reload, 20% Daily First Deposit up to MYR 288 each day, and a Daily Turnover Rebate up to 1.2%
  • EU9: Unlimited 5% Deposit Bonus, and 3% daily cashback on USDT deposits
  • Hfive5: 20% Daily Slot Bonus, and a Weekly Rescue Bonus up to MYR 2,555

Each one carries its own turnover, so read its terms the same way as a welcome offer.

Paying In and Cashing Out: Methods Each Casino Lists

This table shows which payment methods TAB66, EU9 and Hfive5 accept. A tick (✓) means you can use it there; a cross (✗) means the casino does not offer it on its site.

Payment methods each casino accepts, checked 30 September 2026

DuitNow Yes Yes Yes
FPX online banking Yes Yes Yes

Credit or debit card Yes Yes Yes
USDT Yes Yes Yes
Bitcoin or Ethereum Yes No Yes

Payment options can change between visits, so check the casino's deposit page before you pay in. If your bank or e-wallet is not ticked, ask live chat before you register.

Speed Claims, in the Casinos' Own Words

All three sell speed. TAB66's tagline is "Spin, Win & Withdraw Fast", EU9 promises "Fast Cash In & Out in 1min" and Hfive5 advertises "zero wait time". Nobody timed a withdrawal for this page, so read these as marketing lines.

Before Your First Withdrawal

A few habits make a first cash-out smoother:

  • Finish any bonus turnover before you ask to withdraw.
  • Use a bank account or e-wallet in your own name, ideally the one you deposited from.
  • Keep the transaction ID or receipt for every deposit.
  • Expect an identity check, and have your IC or passport ready.

If a casino changes its methods after 29 September 2026, tell us and the table will be re-read.

Games in the Three Lobbies

All three list slots, live casino, sportsbook, fishing and 4D. The differences lie in what else they offer and in the studios behind the games.

Game types listed, as read on 30 September 2026
Game type TAB66 EU9 Hfive5
Slots JILI, JDB, Fa Chai, Pragmatic Play, 918Kiss, Pussy888 33 studios, including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, NextSpin and Fa Chai Playtech, Microgaming, Spadegaming, JILI; its welcome terms add Pragmatic Play, PGS and Marbula

Other Fast games, mini games Telegram casino P2P games, Marble Run

EU9's sportsbook covers football and esports, and Hfive5 has a separate esports page. Hfive5 also offers Keno next to its 4D draws.

Live Dealer Tables

A live table is a real dealer dealing cards or spinning a wheel on a video stream, with your bets placed on screen. Evolution and Pragmatic Play run tables at all three casinos. EU9 and Hfive5 offer the widest choice, with 12 and 16 live studios.

Fair Play Claims and Lab Seals

EU9's footer shows BMM Testlabs and iTech Labs seals, and Hfive5's footer shows the same ones. A seal on a footer is a claim, and the certificates behind these seals were not examined for this page. A lab certificate normally names the operator, the games it covers and a date, so the seal alone says little.

The House Keeps a Margin

Every casino game is built so that the operator keeps a share of the money staked over time. Short sessions can go either way, but the longer you play, the more that margin shows. No strategy, system or pattern removes that built-in edge, whatever a tipster in a chat group says. Treat play as paid entertainment, with a price you set in advance.

Casino Play From a Phone Browser

Each online casino in Malaysia listed here is a website first, so the simplest way in from a phone is to type its own address into your browser and save it as a bookmark. If the bookmark stops working after a block, ask the casino's own support desk for the new address, never a stranger in a chat group.

Be wary of APK files sent by chat contacts. Install an app only if the casino's own site links to it, and never from a file someone forwards to you. EU9 also runs a Telegram casino inside the messenger, so treat any Telegram account that claims to be EU9 with the same care as a mirror link.

A few phone habits protect your money at any casino:

  • Keep a screen lock on, and do not hand your phone to others while you are logged in.
  • Never share a one-time password (OTP), even with someone who says they work for the casino.
  • Log out of the casino and your banking app on a borrowed phone, or on one the family uses.
  • Turn on your bank's transfer alerts, so every payment shows up straight away.

Five Steps to Join an Online Casino in Malaysia

Each step below pairs one action with one thing to check before you move on.

  1. Open the casino's own site

Type the address or use your bookmark, and check that it matches the site you meant to visit, letter for letter. One changed letter can mean a copy site.

  2. Register in your real name

Use the name on your bank account or e-wallet. A name that does not match your payment account can hold up a withdrawal later.

  3. Set your limit before you play

Set a deposit limit first, in your account if the casino offers one, or written down if it does not. A limit set before the first deposit is far easier to keep than one set after a loss.

  4. Read the welcome terms

Check the turnover, the games that count, the days allowed and any withdrawal cap before you opt in. A bonus can always be declined.

  5. Make a first deposit

The minimum is RM30 at all three, or RM50 if you want a welcome bonus. Deposit only what you can afford to lose. Keep the receipt, and screenshot the terms you accepted.

Expect an identity check before your first withdrawal. If support asks again for a document you have already sent, ask in writing exactly what is missing.

Kasino Dalam Talian: Malay Terms You Will Meet

Casino sites and chat agents in Malaysia often switch between English and Malay, sometimes in the same message, so these terms turn up again and again.

Malay casino terms and their meaning
Malay term Meaning in English
kasino dalam talian online casino
kasino online online casino (a mixed Malay and English form, as in "kasino online Malaysia")
perjudian gambling
lesen licence
deposit minimum minimum deposit
pengeluaran withdrawal
cuci slang for cashing out
syarat pertaruhan wagering requirement; players often just say "turnover" or "rollover"
kredit percuma free credit
pengesahan akaun account verification

When an agent offers "kredit percuma", ask for the turnover in writing, just as you would for any other bonus. Free credit often comes with its own turnover and a limit on what you can cash out, and neither is always mentioned up front.

Setting a Budget, and Where to Get Help in Malaysia

Real money play stays in proportion when the budget is set before the first bet, not during it. A few rules help:

  • Decide the amount before you start, and treat it as already spent.
  • Never borrow to play, and never use money meant for bills.
  • Stop when the budget is gone, even in the middle of a good run.
  • Keep bonus money inside the same budget, not on top of it.

Questions Before You Sign Up

Is online gambling legal in Malaysia?

Malaysia does not license online casinos, so no casino website runs with Malaysian approval. Its main gambling laws, the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953 and the Betting Act 1953, were written long before casino websites existed, and a Curacao or PAGCOR licence is a foreign one. MCMC blocks gambling websites, and state Syariah laws also bar Muslims from gambling. This is general information, not legal advice.

Can I play Genting's casino games online?

Not through any site on this page. The casino at Resorts World Genting is a land-based venue. TAB66, EU9 and Hfive5 are offshore websites, and none of the pages read for this guide mentions any tie to Genting. If a site leans on a famous name, check who runs it before you deposit, as Check 1 does.

Which online casinos in Malaysia are on the 2026 shortlist?

The 2026 shortlist is TAB66 (4.9), EU9 (4.9) and Hfive5 (4.8), in that order. Those ratings are the publisher's editorial scores and are not calculated from the four checks. The checks sit beside them to show where each casino is thin.

How can I check an online casino's licence myself?

Tap the licence badge in the casino's footer and read the address it opens. A Curacao licence would appear on the Curacao regulator's own register, and a Philippine one on PAGCOR's site. EU9 and Hfive5 link to third-party pages showing "In Progress", while TAB66 shows a badge only. See how the four checks work for the other details worth noting.

What does x50 turnover mean on a welcome bonus?

It means the money in play must be bet 50 times over before you can withdraw. EU9's 299% offer counts x50 on deposit plus bonus, and only Pragmatic Play, NextSpin, Fa Chai and Marbula slots count. The worked example in the bonus section shows the total for a RM50 deposit.

What is the smallest deposit at TAB66, EU9 and Hfive5?

All three accept deposits from RM30. Each welcome offer starts at RM50 (EU9 and Hfive5 write it as MYR 50), so a RM30 deposit does not qualify for the welcome at any of them.

Can I top up with Touch 'n Go or DuitNow?

Yes. Touch 'n Go and DuitNow work at all three casinos, and so does FPX online banking. The payment table above shows the full list for each. Whichever method you use, pay from an account in your own name.

How quickly can I withdraw my ringgit?

Each casino sells speed in its own words: "Spin, Win & Withdraw Fast" (TAB66), "Fast Cash In & Out in 1min" (EU9) and "zero wait time" (Hfive5). Read these as marketing lines rather than timed results. An identity check or unfinished turnover is the usual cause of a delay, so clear both before you ask.

What are the signs a casino site may not pay out?

The clearest signs are a request to pay into a personal bank account and a "release fee" demanded before winnings are paid. Other red flags include a licence badge that opens a look-alike domain, unwritten withdrawal limits and repeated document requests at cash-out time. Any one of these is a reason to stop depositing.

What does kasino dalam talian mean?

Kasino dalam talian is Malay for "online casino". You will also see "kasino online", a mixed Malay and English form, and hear "cuci", which is slang for cashing out. The glossary table higher up this page lists ten terms that agents and casino sites use often.
